No fiber service experience but their customer service is top notch. Very nice to be able to deal with a local business rather than a foreign call center.

We have used them since they came to our area and they are so much better than our previous providers it's not even close.

We have their residential service. Excellent customer service, very reliable, at a great price.
I highly recommend them.

I think we have had 1 outage in 4 years. Great communication and support.

Love Jim and Brazos WiFi

We were their first customer in Millican and immediately signed up for them when we moved closer to town. We now have their fiber service and continue to love their services.

Customer service is above and beyond what is expected

I've had their fiber for several years and no complaints. Only good things to say about Jim and his staff!

Good people to deal with. We use them at our home in the country and our office in town. We're not on their fiber though.

Scott called me two or three weeks ago just to let me know they weren't happy with the signal strength my house was getting so they were installing a direct antenna to my house off the water tower in town. I had no idea our signal was weak. That's quality customer service right there.

I do know that they provide fiber service to my church and it has greatly improved our ability to live stream our service and the tech people at church sing its praises.

I would not hesitate to sign up with them.

We had brazos wifi's netfast fiber installed in my MILS house near Hearne. It has been great for her. The price is incredibly reasonable (especially if you can pay for a year up front). I think she has had 1 outage in the 2 or 3 years she has been there, and it was resolved quickly.

But also- love being able to support Brazos Wifi and Jim and his family. They are great people and give back a lot to the community.
