Has anyone been lately? Thinking of taking my grandkids, but last time was pretty disappointing. We've also been when it was fantastic btw.

Wife and I took our two grandkids about 3 weeks ago. Went about mid morning. The drive thru is great but it was hot and a lot of the animals were in the shade and didn't come out to the road to be fed. I would recommend either going early or later when not as hot. The walk through zoo was good also but again the heat was keeping most of the animals in their cages in the shade.

Keep an eye on their facebook page. They have varying special listed on there during football season. They used to have free entry after football home game wins last year, but they don't seem to be doing that anymore

Definitely go first thing in the morning, that's when everyone will be active and hungry.
