We have the My Q garage door opener and added the video garage keypad. All worked fine yesterday including the original remotes and button on the wall. Now nothing works. Can anyone give any insight?

I'd cross post to the Nerdery. Reboot everything and make sure everything is connected to wifi, that's all I got.

I have myQ openers and had a similar dysfunction.

I can see they are connected to the wifi but they flat refuse to work now.

Pieces of junk, IMO.

They are right up there with hacked Amazon fire-sticks and Chinese android tablets for things I wish I could banish from the world.

I have just the garage door opener (the button inside the garage) and it works fine. Love the ability to set the schedule to close at night in case we forget and the iPhone app is nice. But my Arlo cameras died and I have been considering which new ones to get and based on this I will take MyQ off the list of considerations.

I've had MyQ openers for several years without issue. We just had to replace our opener and bought a Chamberlain with MyQ built in and it's been flawless. It integrates with my ever and the car triggers automatically to open and close and it rarely fails to do so. Funny how these things go.

I randomly saw they had a video control pad yesterday, and have getting ads for them sense. Thought about trying it, but the price (honestly seemed too cheap) + reviews gave me a bit of a hesitation from ordering.

I will say I have the standard pad outside my garage right now with the MyQ app connected to the motor, and have had no issues

We have a MyQ Opener, and have not had problems with it. Really helpful to be able to open the garage door with my phone.

Interesting timing, my similar Wyze garage controller crapped out over the weekend. Figured out it was a fried USB brick.

Unplug the main unit above the garage door from the outlet, wait 20 seconds, then plug it back in
