Does anyone have access to this information? I had a neighbor's dog come onto my property and bite my tenant today. CSPD was called out but the officer that worked it did not contact me and is now off work for a few days. CSPD dispatch refused to give me any contact info for the other owner, from rental registration, even though their website says it's public information. Thanks for any help! Access to College Station Rental Registration?

So just my thought, go onto BCAD and search the property, find the owners name(if it isnt an LLC) and search through facebook or other public sites.
Oh wait a minute, I think I got it figured out but its a little more complicated than im sure anyone would prefer for this kind of stuff.
1. https://www.cstx.gov/living-here/housing/rental-housing/
2. Click on eTRAKiT and log in.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on SEARCH under properties
4. Change SEARCH BY to street name
5. Change SEARCH OPERATOR to contains
6. Enter your SEARCH VALUE
7. Click search

Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, etrackit just spits out CAD ownership info rather than the rental registration contact info. Property is owned by an LLC. Tracked down the owner of the LLC as an out-of-town attorney. Reached out to their cell phone but just crickets.
Ah well that blows, hopefully they get back to you. Was the dog collected for a rabies test?
I was at the meeting years ago when Lance Simms promised that none of that info would be made public if they indeed passed the rental registration agenda item.

Without directly confronting the dog owner, which could go really badly, the safe route would probably identifying the owner of the rental property to find out who is renting.

He was the 2nd in charge of CS Planning and Development or whatever it is called. He retired.
I also, later, went to an East Gate planning meeting that the city held when deciding what was appropriate for that area and a landowner, Scott DeLucia, asked a question about a particular group of houses behind City Hall. The girl in charge of the meeting told him to meet with her after the meeting to look it up on the rental registration list.
I raised my hand and mentioned that when the list was being discussed before being voted upon by council, it was promised that info would not be made public. There was silence.
I don't think landlord's personal contact information should be available to just anyone. Name and address are already on Brazos CAD, I think that should be plenty.
Why are you even getting involved? Seems like this should be between your tenant and the dog owner.
If you're not directly involved as the person bitten or the owner they'll probably tell you to file request for information is my guess. Maybe the tenant can get it easier
