Anyone have a recommendation other than Ownwell for protesting appraisals this year? Trying to get prepared.

I'm not disappointed with Ownwell……mostly I do my own but Ownwell has been ok

Ownwell did a good job for us last year.
Just bought a property for 45k less than appraised value. Surely that will be enough for me to protest. It would've here in Lubbock. Never dealt with the Brazos CAD before.
There may not be time to do the job right, but there is always time to do the job over!!
I tried to use Ownwell. They sent me an email saying that I didn't have homestead exemption on my property, but they could arrange that for me. I've had it for over 5 years since I moved here.
