Does anyone have any good recommendations for dry cleaners in the area?

I've been going to Villa Maria Cleaner for years, but I feel like their prices have gotten quite expensive. Maybe what they charge is the standard rate now. I know that starching my own clothes is cheaper, but there are just some things I'm willing to spend money on due to my lack of time.

Pant's Starched Heavy with tax was $7.29
I don't remember what my shirts cost, but I felt like it was $6.25ish

Not everyone gets the same version of me. One person might tell you I have an amazing beautiful soul. Another might tell you I’m a cold-hearted a$$^ole. Believe them both. I don’t treat people badly. I treat them accordingly - unknown

Pro cleaners on Harvey in the strip center where U Paint It is is quite a bit cheaper but i dont know how good they are comparatvely I just get a uniform done there occasionally along with a shirt or two and havent had issues but nothing high end

To piggy back I have a small 4 by 6 rug I need cleaned with some pet stuff. I want to get it done rather then throw away for some senimental reasons...low cost place for that ?

They're $5 something to starch a pair of jeans. I thought that was high, but maybe not. They always do a good job and have it ready when they say they will.

We use King Street Cleaners.
They have weekly pickup and delivery and that is super convenient.

Big fan of King on 29th.

My sense is dry cleaning costs are just going up all over so it might not just be your previous dry cleaner. I think King went up when they took over Pride.

I received several recommendations for Pride Cleaners at Harvey Mitchell and Welsh from several long term customers. Been very pleased with my limited experience so far.

Dunno - I don't starch my jeans 'cause I'm not a goat roper. They've always done a good job for us and are on time and very friendly.

When the Bryan Pride burned I took clothes there. They did a good job and I was happy with them.

I really like this idea! It says it doesn't cost extra, I'll have to give them a try.

Briarcest is great and if you like heavy starch they do it.

As everyone knows, the cost of all things has gone up, and it's no different for products related to the dry cleaning business. It's generally a high volume low margin business so they don't have much option other than to pass the cost along.

No, I totally understand costs going up; it's no different than in the foodservice industry.

Just wanted to make sure it's priced fairly; you don't know what you don't know.

Pride Cleaners will forever have my business. When my dad passed a few years ago, Pride not only did a rush job on his suit but they also didn't charge me for it.

Pride Cleaners in CS off 2818 always does a great job for me, and they are excellent with dress shirts - both ironing and level of starch.
