Respectfully, the criteria most likely needs to change as it relates to price. They are going to be very hard pressed to find 1-3 acre house that's is ready to go in CS inside of $600k. Quick glance and these are a few options (some don't meet it on price though:

4960 Drake in Duck Haven which would be closer to Indian Lakes.
