I just bought from them a month ago. Quick process, no BS until the GM kept pushing oil change, rim protection, and gap. Had to say no about 5 times. Other than that, very easy experience. Dealt with Nate.

We tried to purchase a CX-5 from them right before Covid. Got a price about $5000 cheaper in Houston. I showed them the email and asked them to come close. Didn't need them to match, as I really wanted to purchase locally. They said their price was final and they wouldn't budge. Bought the car from the dealership in Houston. They drove it up here, we gave them a check, and all done. I then emailed the manager that refused to come down on the price with the final invoice and told him I was sorry he wasn't interested in helping his salesman make a living.
