I am looking for a roommate in South Austin: Circle C, Hillcrest, Shady Hollow, etc., I am about to rent a 3br/2ba house (looking this weekend), max budget is $2200. Would split and pay the majority (I'd pay $1200 for the master and since I have a dog). I am class of 2016 University Studies - Business and 2019 Masters in Real Estate Finance! Lived in Austin for over a year now, sick of apartment living and am wanting a yard for my German Shepherd.

If anyone knows of a recent graduate or a December grad looking for a roommate please send them my way! Looking for someone clean, chill, and not sketch.

I would think that a 3br in Circle C would be renting for quite a bit more than 2200. Could be wrong. Best of luck in your search either way.
