Made an appointment for Sunday. Tested positive for COVID a while back so hopefully that is helpful as well.

haven't donated blood in a long time, so good excuse to go do it.

Tried to donate Sunday but they wouldn't let me. Apparently I have to fill out a separate form and they review the form to determine if I can donate. I was outside my 14 day window with no symptoms. Doesn't make any sense... but whatever. Just seems like a deterrent to get people to donate. If I had never told them I tested positive I could have donated no problem. I'll see if I get approved and try again after Thanksgiving break.
