It's no "take me to Reid's" hottie. But I agree it's a great jingle. All those other pizzas are a thing of the past.

Take Me To Reids is the best.
Gatti's most effective.
But, I always appreciated Thundercloud Subs for supporting local musicians - I still have the Jerry Jeff Walker version memorized ("Hey there, Buckaroos!").

As a 6 yr old learning to read/write, I distinctly remember learning that "honest" has a silent H because it was written on every box.

I miss the Gattis buffets and Gattiland. I'd go as a teen and probably put away two entire pizzas... before pasta and dessert pizza.

It was a good ear-worm to remember for evenings out prior to the "rideshare" era. If you needed to get home after over indulging, well, sing the jingle and swap the "9" and "2"s, and, voila, you had Yellow Cab: 452-9999

We eat Gatti's about twice a month still. Loved eating it growing up. Did I hear they got bought by Papa John's?
