Before we get to our ranch water, CONGRATS on the #1 recruiting class in the country this year.
I'm James Elledge, with Epic Western, a new Texas based cocktail company. I'm not an Aggie, but we have a lot of Aggies within the company and we look forward to our partnership with TexAgs.
Our journey started after a 30-person dove hunt in South Texas. We were playing bartender, making Ranch Water cocktails for our friends in the field because we were able to dial in the mixture just right. We thought to ourselves: man, this would be a lot easier if we had this ready-to-drink in a can. Why has no one done that? So we set out to create an authentic Ranch Water with only 100% blue agave tequila. Our product is made in Jalisco, Mexico, and packaged in its final format can, then imported to the states. It's a premium double cocktail in a can - no mixto or hard seltzer base here.
