I believe it's just him. He was with one of the big guys for a number of years (maybe Ben Frankin, can't remember), and then recently started out on his own in the past couple of years.

I strongly recommend Glenn (Robert) McGowan. 214-562-5570

Whenever I've had a random issue the past 10 years he's had a guy out there same day. Very reasonable, know what they are doing.

+1 Have had two WHs replaced by Glenn. Competitive price, quick, and did a good job.

Our hot water heater went out and started leaking on a weekend. We called these guys and they came out, checked things, and were back on Monday to install a new unit. Everybody we worked with was very nice, professional, and not "pushy".

We live in Dallas but we really like Stanley Swain (214-226-0913). Super honest and a really nice guy. He replaced our hot water heater. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Whatever you do, if you need a new water heater, don't go with Home Depot and their installer. I was foolish and got scammed a couple of years ago.
