Anyone have a good home inspection company to do a new build walkthrough? Looking for someone based out of the west side of the metroplex that will do Aledo.

What neighborhood? We're currently building in The Bluffs at Parks of Aledo.

I'm in a small 1- acre spot just north of the highway. I'm in County so no city inspections are required.

Just closed on a new build in parks point vista (clarity homes). Which builder?

Clarity - our 2nd home to build with them (last house was in Live Oak Creek). Ours is in the new phase directly behind the Aledo Early Learning Center. Got our roof yesterday. Estimated closing is September but hoping for this summer. I drop one of my sons off each morning at the ninth grade campus and usually drive by to see the progress.

After just finishing this process, I wouldn't bet on anything completing early

Just found out it will likely be ready in late May to late June, 2-3 months ahead of schedule.
