My Daughter (Class of 11) and her family of 5 are moving back to the metroplex in the summer, and are looking for a good real estate agent that knows the North Dallas area and market. Needs to be within 30 minute drive of Baylor Hospital for SIL.

Let me be clear, the only reason I recommended the Slaters over Cody was because they live in the area you are looking at. Courtney was my wife's roommate at A&M and they have been connected in that area for a long, long time.
It was certainly not a slight towards Cody - who we have known for a long, long time.

You couldn't go wrong with either of them.
