Considering a run up to Dallas for a
Concert tomorrow. What's the transportation situation after a concert from the Dos Equis Pavilion? I'll probably book a Marriott down town.

I assume Uber will be running, but backlogged to to the event. Is that the only option if I don't want to drive myself?

I've never taken it to a concert but have taken the Green line many times from downtown... probably not all that convenient for a concert. Dos Equis is on the opposite side of Fair Park from the Fair Park Station. If the FP gates are open and you can walk through to/from Dos Equis, then it would be my preferred option. Go early, hit up Craft and Growler beforehand, then walk through to Dos Equis. If the Fair Park gates are closed, then it's a no go for sure. I'm guessing the gates will probably be closed, because Dallas, so I'd just say to Uber/Lyft

Do not ride DART after dark. Trust me on this.

I'd Uber/Lyft. Gate 8 is designated pick-up/drop-off.
