Getting ready to pull up carpet and expose the old hardwood floors. Anyone have recommendations on who to use to refinish? And any ideas on what current wait time is from scheduling to work being done?

My parents have used Murdock floors several times for their 1920s home and have been very happy

Murdock is the best in town. He's the best though so I think he books out 6 months or so in advance. He's also not the cheapest. But if you're looking for quality, look no further.

Hernandez Hardwoods did the floors in my house in Fairmount back in the day. I had them refinish them before I sold it a couple years back and they did fine work. They've been around forever.

Oakline does good work. One of the remodelers I do pools for uses them all the time.

I personally used Dustfree Hardwoods on my old house and I thought they did a great job.

Thanks everyone! I looked at Murdock's and it seems they also refinish furniture. Anyone know off hand if any of these other guys do furniture as well? We have a solid wood table that was damaged with huge gouges in it that I'd love to get fixed as well.
