The wife and I are staying at the Zaza this weekend for a concert tomorrow night. Any recs for a good whiskey bar or live music bar tonight? We're hoping to go to Uchi tonight for dinner so looking for something after.

The Standard Pour is close to ZaZa and would probably be your best bet for whiskey. Deep Ellum will have the most live music as most bars will have bands . The area around ZaZa (Uptown) has a lot of bars too but they probably have more dj's and house music playing. Friendly warning, both areas are very crowded on weekends and can get a little out of control when the bars let out at 2 so I'd plan on being back to the hotel by then
