On 03/02/23 at approximately 7:35 A.M., investigators with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Dallas along with investigators from the Cooke County Sheriff's Department Special Crimes Division served a search warrant at a residence located at 6691 F.M. 373, north of Muenster.
After the search warrant was conducted, Darrell Ray Brackeen, 52 year old, white male, was placed under arrest and booked in on the current charges of:
1. 2 charges of Tampering with Physical Evidence Both Felony 3
2. Possession of Controlled Substance PG 1/1BOver 1G Less than 4G Methamphetamine - Felony 3
3. Possession of Controlled Substance PG 2-Over 4G Less than 400G G.H.B. (Gamma hydroxybutyrate) Felony 2
The initial search warrant was based upon information received involving internet crimes against children. Additional charges are expected.
