I've used Sportswear Graphics (FW) for my company for many years and have always been happy. They are local (FW southside) and run by Dad and daughter (plus many employees).

Dowdy Studio is a great local shop in Dallas. They're great at design, or they can just print what you already have in mind. Great couple that runs it.

I've been really into the golf shirts from three-sixty-six.
They do bulk orders and embroidery as well. They are legit the only polos I've bought in 2 years. Great prices, and the shirts are well made.
