DIY program?

Mine is getting ridiculously expensive. I like the guy doing the service as he has done it for 8+ years but the quarterly rate is almost double.

I was referred Robert and he has been awful. Can't find the thread but want to ensure nobody uses him. We have never had more issues and he refuses to come help out.
