Howdy y'all. We have had issues with our lawn dying in patches and am going to have to replace some of the yard with new sod but don't want to pay to do that and have the root cause still exist and kill the replacement grass. Does anyone have a recommendation for a company that knows what they're doing and can diagnose the issues and work on solving it? If they want to put down the replacement sod as well that is fine, or I can ask our landscaper to do it. I live in McKinney.

Not sure if would qualify as "lawn disease expert" but i just started with American Lawnscape about 10 months ago and have been happy thus far. This year is a big year for us as last year was a late start w/ them plus we just laid new Zoysia which impacts their treatment plan. This will be our first year with them from start of growing season to finish.

He is a veteran and I like when the owner is the one that does the work. His wife works the phones/emails and is always super nice and responsive.
