I'm up near Plano/Frisco/Carrollton and can't find a place to tint a truck for less than $350-500. This is the four windows plus back glass.

Two questions…
-Is this the going rate for tint these days?
-Do you have any shop recommendations?

Been years, but used the Alta Mere at Plano Parkway and Coit with success. Seems like that was the price point back then, so may be a lot more now.

Alta Mere was one of the places I called. I used them years ago on another car.

Earmark. $500 sounds about right depending on the tint you choose.

Not something I would cheap out on, in my experience tint is something where you get what you pay for. Especially if you keep the vehicle long-term.

ProTint in Plano. Have used them on probably 5-6(?) cars since 2005.

I've used Aggie owned Allen Turbo Tint twice. They look to be cheaper than the other quotes you've gotten. The last time, my daughter took her car in, and they found out that she was starting at A&M, and gave her free tint removal!
