Looking for an accountant to help wife and I with taxes this year. We both have incomes with W-2 which is all pretty straight forward. However, we have a rental property that we manage ourselves which is why we are wanting to get professional help this year. Let me know if anyone has good recommendations for this, thanks!

Friend of mine does contract work, drives a ton and has lots of expenses but she doesn't have a clue how to manage it all after previously being W2.
