You could see these things from miles away and slow down to an appropriate speed....please go back to powder blue cop cars.

I see a lot of the cars with barely visible markings on them pulling people over on the highway. I would be really skeptical of a poorly marked car signaling me.
And besides, what is the point of a police force that has to hide from the population it polices?

I saw another new tactic, to me anyway, cop SUV, lights on and pulled over a sedan. Except the sedan was one of the barely marked cop cars, gloss paint vs flat paint.
So you see the cop is busy and fly by only to have the front vehicle take off after you. Saw a similar tactic with a camaro cop car but the suv blocking didn't have his lights on but I bet both were pointing radar guns.

Two "ghost" cop cars have taken up residence on 45 northbound from the southern Houston suburbs during rush hour. Webster and League City must be expecting budget shortfalls this year.

Yesterday I got an alert of a cop hidden ahead. I slowed down and he nailed the guy coming up behind me.

The other morning they were sitting at the ramp to 45 South from I-10W nailing losers for cheating over the line last minute. I'd love to buy those cops a beer or twelve.
Today was the first day in a while that precinct 7 constables weren't nailing people on the south loop.

I tell my family that if it's not clearly marked, just lead it on a slow speed chase wherever you're going, and don't pull over until you're at a public destination. These cars are very easy to impersonate, and we don't pull over for anybody unless we're sure who they are. Non-uniformed combatants can be shot according to the Geneva Convention. These disguised traffic cops put themselves and the public in danger with these shenanigans.
