More corruption at HHA. Brotherman directing contracts to Chicago-based fashion design business he had ties to gon def raise some eyebrows. That and not doing any repairs to existing public housing but asking for more money. This is what happens when culturally bankrupt cretins are given public jobs where abuse of power and theft run rampant.

Good job by Whitmire removing some of the HHA board in the recent past and getting some dirt on this scumbag so he can be fired for cause. Whitmire can't do it, but the board which he appointed can. Sly's HHA board brought in this Northern imbecile to be the fixer. His time is dwindling.
