I hear the water level is down

It came up a few feet with the rains two weeks ago...
The lowest it can get is a few feet deep in the main channel in Sweeny Switch as that is where the Beeville raw water intake is located.

Edit... So as soon as the lake rises even just a little they'll reduce flows from Choke Canyon because that lake is also dreadfully low. The Frio no longer flows out of the Hill Country south of US 90.
