I agree. I work with some. The juxtaposition of them working in the O&G sector while at the same time voting for people who want to literally destroy their livelihoods never ceases to amaze me.

But, I still stand by my statement that the dumbasses outnumber the smart people.

We may be generally friendly for a large metropolitan area in general, but "smart"?

If you grew up in this city, just driving around town, you can see our collective IQ has nosedived off a cliff. We are borderline third world. All you have to do is hit any freeway and look around.

My favorite is the big mining companies like BHP, Woodside etc.

You literally destroy majestic pristine environments in second and third world countries, on a jaw dropping scale...that is your bread and butter...and without this mass destruction of the earth's crust, your company completely craters.

Yet every single one of your executives proselytizes on climate change and the need to be green. On top of pushing outright woke nonsense full throttle (although this seems to be scaling back actually - people have had enough).
