Having elbow issues since August...any suggestions on a good Orthopedic doctor?

Dr. Polumbo did my distal biceps repair (diagnosed in about 90 seconds) and also diagnosed a shoulder issue that didn't require surgery in a few minutes as well. I'd return to him if I had anything from my shoulder on down.
