After 36 years of trying, today I was able to open up a taco villa hot sauce without some shooting all over my thumb. I was not, however, able to complete it twice in a row.

Strange, but I know most on this board will know what I am talking about.

That is truly something. I've never been able to do it.

I could do the Allsups sauce with a tallsup in one hand, a burrito in the other, steering with my knee, and shifting with my wrist. Now I drive an automatic so the challenge is gone.

I grew up near Lubbock and remember fondly the "combo burrito" from Taco Villa. Haven't had one in 20 years.

At your Alsups, after shoveling snow from the front of the store, do the employees put their wet socks under the heat lamp to dry them out?

At least now they have automatic ice machines so they no longer have to dump the water out of the mop bucket to refill the ice dispenser.
