Could any of you recommend a nice, big pumpkin patch in Lubbock? We'd like to take our daughter either this weekend or next for pictures and of course to buy one for our porch.

Thanks!

Best place is prolly Assiter in Floydada.

Over an hour there but worth it.

Thanks, Meaty! We actually live north of Lubbock so Assiter looks like it'll be perfect. Let's just hope the baby cooperates!

A lil' follow up...

We went to the patch in Floydada this afternoon and it was great! The weather was perfect and they had pumpkins of every size, color and shape. Prices are great too. We went a little pumpkin crazy -- five medium pumpkins in different colors, a painted Aggie pumpkin, and some gourds and small dried corn for decorating -- and we got out of there for $33!

Oh, and the baby did great taking pictures. What a great place to take kiddos, especially ones a bit older than ours.

Thanks for the recommendation!
