Record setting heat and the AC at the homestead is dead. 88 deg inside the house at 3am. Someone please shoot me.....

It was 88 in the house today.

My elderly mother likes it warm and runs the heat stove nearly every day all summer long.

About 15 minuts after I turned the air conditioner (evaporative cooler aka swamp cooler) on in the kitchen, she had me find a blanket for her because she was getting cold.
