Does anyone know of a good place to get your concealed carry permit in Wichita Falls...Google only tells you so much

WF is sort of a no-man's land between the two, so doesn't matter which board. As to your question, I don't have a clue, but I bet you'd have better luck asking on the outdoors board.

Or have you tried the Texas CHL Forum board?

And be prepared for a wait. Processing times are horrible currently. You can still use the intervening time to buy a pistol, carry it in your vehicle, and practice. You can even get a holster and practice carrying inside your house. It's good experience.
