I checked this place out today and it was fantastic. I was hoping for some good BBQ today before I went back to Dallas and I have no complaints.




Good smoky flavor on the brisket with a good smoke ring. The brisket pulled apart perfectly and was super tender. The beef sausage was good and their smoked beans were excellent.

Evie Mae's is damn good. They're Aggie fans as well. Hence the maroon. The husband went to Blinn. They're building a store front in Wolforth. Glad to see them take off like they have.
