Took these off Western St just north of the 335 loop. Just an iPhone, no filter.

Looks like we were looking at the same time! I caught the Starlink satellite constellation on video. I was already dumbfounded with the aurora and then when the satellite constellation came through and sparkled, it took my breath away.
This view is looking west, not north. Got similar pictures from my vantagepoint off VFW just north of Canyon.
All good. That part was responding to CanyonAg.96LawAg said:Nixter said:

Right, to the west. I didn't say north, but you're correct it is looking west.

They may have been the northern lights but that wasn't the direction of Friday night's show!
I could see them faintly from the house through my phone (looking NW), but they weren't as prominent for me as they were a few months ago.CanyonAg77 said:
Just got back from seeing some tonight. At various times, they were north, west, east, and overhead.
If you are looking for them, take your iphone out, turn the camera on, and scan any slightly bright spot you see. The phone will enhance the lights and make them much easier to see.
