While he was playing for 'the other side' - it was good to see Perryton native Caleb Campbell playing solid football for Army.

He was their strong safety - number 13.

His brother was also interviewed on the sideline during the game.

Even Fran commented when talking about the trick play at the beginning of the second half that we had to actually hand off the football to get the safeties to commit, b/c they were so well disciplined - 'number 13 was one of the best players on their team'.

So here's to you Caleb - while you weren't representing A&M - you represented very well for Perryton, the Panhandle, Texas, and America - I am proud to have you serving our Country - we owe you.

Good stuff. I heard Dave & Dave mention he was from Perryton on the radio broadcast.

Always nice to see West Texas and the Panhandle representing.

Perryton has had some great players over the years. I can remember when the Perryton/Childress game was always the game of the week.

He was definitely one of the biggest highlights of their team. And they had many against us.

I wonder if he will become an Army Ranger?

The 12th man during the game was from Friona.

Always like to see Panhandle kids do well.

Except when Hodges torched us last year.

Here's wishing the young man a successful career in the Army. Give 'em Hell, Perryton's Finest!

Caleb apparently got tossed out of the Baylor/Army game for contesting a call with the official. Passionate guy....apparently TOO passionate.

I bet they'll straighten him out for the rest of th season.
