My wife and I hope to move to amarillo in june-july and have not had any time yet to look for apartments. Are there any good ones??? Value is good but we don't want to be stuck on amarillo blvd. Any suggestions on where to look?

There is a newer complex on Bell, near I-27. It has been a long time since I lived, there but I drive by that one every time I go to my folks.

There are several fairly new complexes. One is on Soncy, south of the mall area; 2 are on Amarillo Blvd. west in the medical complex area - just east of Soncy and at Bell; and one is on south Bell. I've looked at all of these b/c our daughter moved there in Dec. The 2 on Amarillo Blvd. are nice. She lives in the one at Bell. The one on Soncy had no availability then. The one on south Bell is nice but ones we looked at were very small. There are other older complexes. These are the newest and are gated which she wanted. Hope you find something you like.

do you want one with a gated entrance? dont know the names of them but there is a nice one on Bell heading towards I-27. The new ones just west of the med center are very nice as well.
