Sorry if this topic has been posted, but I'm going to Amarillo next week (grew up there, live in McKinney now). I was thinking of the places I always eat when I go:

Doug's BBQ
Taco Villa
Donut Stop
Tacos Garcia
Cafe Marizon (great French Dip, but I haven't been here in quite some time because they're closed on the weekends, and that's when I'm usually home).
Blue Sky (wasn't there when I lived there, but I enjoy it now)

I'm sure there are others, but I'm drawing a blank.

The list really causes me problems when I'm only there for 3 days or so. I usually have to make tough choices.

What's on y'all's list?

I always visit the OLD places --- Spudnut Shop (W. 3rd and McMasters), Barrel Burger (Plains Blvd), places like that.
