Howdy! The Office of Admissions and Records will be hosting two application workshops next week. The first will be Monday, October 15th from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Amarillo High School. The second will be Wednesday, October 17th from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m at the Coronado High School Cafe. All future Aggies are invited to attend! Its great that this is happening up here. We have been BEGGING for some attention from admissions for years ; HOWEVER, how many prospetive Aggies will be able to take a Monday or Wednesday to attend ? Especially if they are in a surounding town and have to travel up to 100 miles one-way to get there.
Has this been advertised anywhere else than this forum ? High school counselors maybe ?
Don't get me wrong, the effort is greatly appreciated and I for one will pass the word, but I know that the logistics amd timeing will keep some away.
