Why is this board always so quiet?

We can't hear anything over the sound of the wind blowing.
Perhaps because West Texas is the most scarcely populated area of the state.
It confuses the daylights out of me as to why abilene and angelo are in included in here, as well.

a buddy and i had a bet to see who could get the most replies to a post on the west texas board - since it is so dead. maestro1 killed me in that contest - i think i still owe him beers for that!!!
Angelo is in WT. IT is EP that should be in NM...., not WT.

West Texas begins West of the Pecos River.
Back in the 1950s or so Ft Worth came up with a slogan "Where the West Begins."
Shortly thereafter Abilene countered with a slogan "Where the West is AT." (That slogan did not sit too well with the three colleges in town.)
