My wife and I love Wall Street. It's one of our favs. I understand it's shares ownership with Mac's Bar & Grill in Arlington, which along with Olenjack's is probably our favorite dining establishment.
I did order a ribeye last time at Wall Street, and while it wasn't bad, it probably wasn't a half inch thick. It's impossible to produce a medium rare steak of that thickness.
We've tried Cattle Baron and Cattleman's, and I've had folks recommend various chains, but I'll confess to not being much on ordering a steak at a chain restaurant.
I'm not necessarily asking for Del Frisco's or Bob's, but I do enjoy going out for a good steak on occasion.
