I have also posted this in the outdoors section, but I need some help finding a processor in the San Angelo area. This year is our first on this lease and would like any input that y'all may have.

There are plenty of places in Angelo to have deer processed.

But after you have it processed go by Mikilik's and get some good ol German sausage.
South Oaks Street and Ave L I believe.

Tell Harvey and Mike that you heard it on Texags and wait for the puzzled look.

Oh, and ask Harvey and Mike if they know Clayton Weishuhn. Do not mention beer, because Harvey and Mike do not like beer, especially Mike.

Even though Mike does not like beer, he does make some very good Sausage with his Dad.

David,

I even have about 10 links of Mikiluk in the freezer as I type this. Will be bringing back my spring supply at Christmas!

Also gonna bring a gallon of Charcoal house BBQ sauce again too.

Just have to import somethings from Texas to TN......

You must have just gotten some or your are very frugal with your supply. LOL.

I could eat saugage everyday, of course I grew up eating it every day, almost. IT is the National food of Wall America. Many links always made it down to College station everytime we came back from home. It was easy for lazy college students to cook. No dishes to wash except for the pot. A piece of bread held the delicacy as you ate.
