we've had it on the market for about 1.5 months now.

about 8 lookers in dec and 3 so far this month. we didn't figure Dec. would be a good time to put it on the market, but didn't really have a choice.

yeah thats close to what ours is and we spruced it up quite a bit cuz it was definitely a fixer upper but we probably paid more than we should have and it was the wife that made a rushed decision but it works and its nice and quiet...but you cant see the stars to well from town
