I was wondering if anyone knows of any hirings happening in Midland?

I don't know of anyone in particular hiring out here but our unemployment has been the lowest in the state for a while and I hear that the oilfield is still doing pretty well. And of course that is the life blood of Midland/Odessa. You can't hardly get into restaurants nearly any night of the week.

Read thru a couple of threads from others looking out here and maybe something will jump out at you.

Just about every oilfield service company is hiring. Baker Hughes, Halliburton, Core Labs, Cameron, Fesco, SLB, etc...

Pick one.

Other than that, banking has grown along with the boom. There are several banks to choose from but, personally, I'd try to choose a local/regional bank(IMO, the atmosphere is generally better).
