My name is Scott Layh. I am an Aggie, class of '97, along with my wife. I am from Odessa, and I have been back in Odessa for the last 5 years. I have decided to run for County Attorney, and I will formally announce at 10 am on the Ector County Courthouse steps on Thursday, September 8. I would love to have a little extra Aggie support attend the event. I would also like any support and help any of you Ags, local or not, can give me.
