Texas A&M- Class of 2003
Member of Corps of Cadets- Squadron 8

Close to 3 years experience as a Petroleum Landman working the Barnett Shale for Chief, Devon, and EOG. Wife is an Air Force Lt. and she is stationed in Abilene, Tx. at Dyess Air Force Base and I would like to be home more than 2 days a week before she deploys again.

Anyone knows of a job in the area of Abilene, Tx. in the oil/gas business please let me know.

Thanks and Gig'em.

good luck man, Abilene is a dead oilfield. I worked for an oil company in Abilene for about three years and there is little to no drilling going on.

On top of that, Abilene is on the buddy system, unless you know someone that can get you an in, you're going to have a very tough time in the oil business.

I can help you get ahold of some guys that might have some work for you though. Shoot me an email at t_a_langford09@yahoo.com and I'll give you some contacts.

No...just trying to find something...I will send you an email and hope for the best.

I guess I could also work for a Title Plant, it is pretty mch the same job.

Lots of Landmen are now working for Wind Farm folks, doing essentially the same job.
