Same? Dude. I worked in downtown Houston for a few years and I must say I don't see 1 hour commutes happening within 5 years in our beloved RGV.

I do wish they'd expand Nolana East of 10th and stripe the interchange for 2 lanes instead of one. I think that would fix a lot of the current congestion. The interchange is gonna stay as is for the forseeable future though.
