I took a greyhound bus from McAllen up to Austin this past week and the checkpoint K-9 smoked out a traveling suitcase full of mary jane. I was amazed when the border agent got on the bus and asked who it belonged to....and nobody claimed it. Surely I thought they would start checking individuals to identify the smuggler....nada, within minutes we were heading down the road without any further questioning.

Wow! Needless to say I am not very confident that Law Enforcement, greyhound and the border patrol are cracking down on illegal activity. Shameful. I am writing greyhound to complain about the situation, their screening luggage process is pathetic b/c it is non-existent.
