My brother moved to Victoria about 2 months ago. I just talked to him and he said it was a non-starter in Victoria. No rain and very little wind. He just took his generator back to Home Depot.

We got rain today, anywhere from 1"- 4 1/2". But Ike was not much here other than wind.
