saw a news interview where they were comparing cs to the surronding area fiscally. at the end of the interview they stated that McAllen would be the fastest growing over the next 20. start investing.

No one cares about the dirty EP down here.

Plus the RGV is growing pretty quick from what it was 10-15 years ago.
